Various levels of support contracts are offered with a range of terms and capabilities, from basic telephone and email support, through to maintenance of in house back up stock to support specific customers or projects.

You can be assured that we work closely with our customers to ensure that we help them achieve their objectives.



An installation service is provided to ensure that all our customers are “up and running” with their products as quickly as possible. We understand that with today's timescales and project pressures, our customer's engineers need to spend their time actively using the products on their projects.


Informal training can be provided during the installation process, but we are also able to provide separate training courses as required. This training is tuned to the customer's individual needs, and can be provided either at SDC offices or at our customer's offices.
