Product Specialist – Software Tools / Technical Consultant – Software Tools ?
SDC specialises in providing world leading tools such as PTC Codebeamer for ALM, Perforce Klocwork & Helix QAC for SCA, and LieberLieber extensions for Enterprise Architect.
As a Technical Product Specialist / Software Product Specialist / Technical Consultant, you will be expected to work with our customers to provide technical services expertise to assist with:
- Presales installation and support for evaluation
- Post sales deployment and onboarding
- Ongoing support
- Consultancy to assist with product roll out across their company.
We are working in a fast moving market place, focussed on dynamic and rapidly growing SME’s who are bringing really exciting and revolutionary products to market. These customers require SDC Systems to assist with their tool selection, deployment, and ongoing use. We expect significant growth both in terms of the number of customers requiring the tools we provide, but also the number of licensed users per customer.
This role is remote working, with the option of flexible working.
Qualifications and Experience
- Computer Science Degree an advantage but not essential
- Experience of working with ALM / Requirements Management / SCA tools
- Knowledge of modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect an advantage but not essential
- Working knowledge of developing software in C/C++
- Working knowledge of developing software in Java an advantage but not essential
- Knowledge of Groovy Script and Apache Velocity an advantage
- Microsoft Office including mergefields and macros in Word
